By booking a demo, enrolling in The Grade Elevation System, or using mathsvertexuae.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
MathsVertex provides online 1-on-1 mathematics tuition through The Grade Elevation System, including: personalised year plans, custom worksheets, weekly feedback, a live parent dashboard, and WhatsApp progress updates. Sessions are conducted via Zoom.
We offer an 8-week results guarantee. If a student follows The Grade Elevation System consistently (attending all sessions, submitting worksheets, completing feedback tasks) and shows no measurable improvement in dashboard mastery scores after 8 weeks, we will: (a) redesign the approach; (b) switch tutors if needed; or (c) offer a full refund. The guarantee applies only when the system is followed as prescribed.
All worksheets, year plans, feedback documents, dashboard reports, and other materials provided by MathsVertex are proprietary. They may not be copied, distributed, resold, or shared outside the enrolled student's use without written permission.
Students and parents are expected to: treat tutors with respect, attend sessions prepared, and submit worksheets on time. MathsVertex reserves the right to terminate enrolment (with a pro-rated refund) if conduct is deemed disrespectful or harmful.
MathsVertex is not liable for: exam outcomes (results depend on student effort and exam board decisions), technical issues outside our control (internet outages, Zoom downtime), or indirect/consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then, if necessary, arbitration in Dubai.
